Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand customer base, and increase market share.

2. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

3. Sales Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and performance reports to senior management.

6. Sales Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and training to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
