Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to manage and grow social media presence for multiple brands. The role involves content execution, audience engagement, coordination with creative teams, and performance tracking across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage daily posting on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Schedule posts as per content calendar.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement.

Content Coordination

• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives and reels.
• Assist in ideation of reels, posts, captions, and stories.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs.
• Stay updated with trends, audios, hashtags, and formats.

Community Management

• Respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Build audience engagement and brand interaction.
• Escalate leads or important queries to the sales team.

Article Writing & Publishing

• Write and optimize articles/blogs related to client industries, digital marketing, and brand topics.
• Ensure articles are SEO-friendly with proper headings, keywords, and formatting.
• Coordinate with the SEO team for keyword integration and optimization.
• Upload and publish articles on client websites or blogs using WordPress or similar CMS.
• Maintain content quality, originality, and brand tone while meeting publishing schedules.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track insights such as reach, engagement, followers, and clicks.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Share improvement ideas based on analytics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of social media platforms.
• Good written communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Canva (mandatory).
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Understanding of content calendars and brand guidelines.
