Position: Telecaller / Sales Executive

Location: Thane West, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates – Both Welcome

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and motivated Telecallers / Sales Executives to join our team at Find Mind Solution.

The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, generating leads, and converting prospects into successful customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

- Understand customers' financial requirements and eligibility.

- Explain personal loan and other financial products clearly.

- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

- Coordinate with customers throughout the application process.

- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.

- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

- Ensure professional and effective communication with customers.

- Work closely with the team to achieve individual and company targets.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.

- Ability to communicate confidently with customers.

- Freshers can apply.

- Candidates with telecalling, sales, banking, loan or financial-services experience will be preferred.
