Job Description

Hiring: Telesales Executive

Location: Thane

CTC: Up to ₹3 LPA

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Qualification: HSC / Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product/service information.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Ensure professional communication and a high level of customer service.

Candidate Requirements:

  • HSC or Graduate candidates can apply.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling, or sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
