Accounts Executive – Bhima Jewellery

Location: Thanjavur

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Any relevant qualification

Job Responsibilities:

·        Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

·        Maintain sales, purchase, receipts, payments and journal entries.

·        Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers and supporting documents.

·        Handle cash and bank transactions and perform bank reconciliation.

·        Maintain customer and vendor accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.

·        Work with Tally/ERP and maintain accurate accounting records.

·        Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.

·        Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.

·        Reconcile ledger accounts and identify discrepancies.

·        Assist during internal and statutory audits.

·        Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely submission of reports.

·        Coordinate with the showroom, finance and management teams.

·        Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and compliance in all accounting activities.

Skills Required:

·        Good knowledge of accounting principles.

·        Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

·        Basic knowledge of GST and TDS.

·        Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.

·        Good communication and coordination skills.

·        Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

·        Prior experience in retail/jewellery accounts will be an added advantage.
