• Key ResponsibilitiesManage overall showroom operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Drive sales, customer acquisition, conversion, and repeat business.
• Handle VIP and high-value customers professionally.
• Ensure excellent customer service and showroom standards.
• Monitor stock, product display, billing, and operational activities.
• Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, discipline, security, and grooming standards.
• Candidate Requirements5–10 years of experience in Jewellery Retail is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Showroom Manager / Store Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Gold, Diamond & Precious Jewellery.
• Excellent communication, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.
• Well-groomed, confident, and target-oriented.
