Job Description
The daily Collection Executive is Responsible for collectng daily payments from customers, achieving collection targets maintaining accurte records, and submitt Daily collection reports to the management.
Responsibilities:
1.Visit customers regularly to collect daily payments as per the assigned schedule.
2.Achieve daily collection targets and contribute to the overall branch target.
3.Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
4.Issue receipts for all collections and ensure that payments are properly recorded.
5.Deposit the collected amount with the company as per the prescribed procedures.
6.Maintain accurate daily collection records and update customer payment details.
7.Submit daily collection reports to the Branch Manager or reporting officer.
8.Maintain good relationships with customers and communicate politely and professionally.
9.Inform the management about delayed payments, customer concerns, and collection-related issues.
