WCIEC is seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Tele Calling Executive  – Lead Conversion. The primary responsibility is to engage with prospective Students / Candidates sourcing through telephonic, digital and direct visit to Schools, Coaching centers & Educational institutions to communicate with the students / parents and provide accurate information about our services, address queries, and convert leads into appointments, consultations, or admissions. The job is target-oriented and focused on achieving predefined goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

●     Contact and engage leads generated through telephone, WhatsApp, mail and any other mode of electronic or in direct mode.

●     Provide accurate information regarding our services.

●     Guide prospective students / parents through the counselling, admission, operational and other administrative process till the entire process.

●     Maintain professional communication standards while handling inbound and outbound calls.

●     Ability to handle parents and students patiently and professionally.

●     Accurately capture and update patient and lead information in CRM systems.

●     Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective students / parents to improve conversion rates.

●     Address students / parents queries with clarity, and professionalism.

●     Escalate counselling, operational, payments or service-related concerns to the appropriate departments in the time bound manner.

●     Track lead status, call outcomes, and conversion metrics on a daily basis.

●     Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and organizational guidelines.

●     Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless students / parents engagement.

●     Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets and goals.

●     Contribute towards set targets by doing school / educational institutions visits for meeting principals, coordinators and management personals whenever required for business development.

●     Knowledge of working in computer applications and softwares ( MS word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.,)

●     Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

●     Ready to work beyond the working hours, holidays, weekend and business peak hours when required.

●     Ready to do other assigned work by the manager / organisation from time to time.

Eligibility Criteria:

●     Any Bachelor's Degree.

●     Graduates from Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related disciplines are preferred.

Experience

●     1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Lead Conversion, Healthcare Coordination, or Contact Center Operations.

●     Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

●     Experience in educational institutions, hospitals, healthcare, insurance, or service industries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
