Job Description
SR. SALES / SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Description – Key Responsibilities
- Customer Handling: Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences and budget.
- Sales Achievement: Achieve individual and assigned showroom sales targets through effective selling and customer engagement.
- Product Presentation: Explain product features, designs, quality, pricing and offers to customers clearly.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Develop strong knowledge of jewellery products, designs, collections, pricing and ongoing promotions.
- Customer Follow-up: Maintain customer relationships and follow up with prospective and existing customers for repeat business.
- Sales Conversion: Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Showroom Standards: Maintain proper grooming, discipline, product display standards and professional behaviour on the sales floor.
- Billing & Coordination: Coordinate with billing, inventory and other departments to ensure smooth and accurate customer transactions.
- Reports & Team Support: Maintain required sales/customer records and support the Floor Manager and Showroom Manager in achieving showroom targets.
