Job Description
BHIMA JEWELLERY - SHOWROOM MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER
Job Description – Key Responsibilities
- Showroom Operations: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales and ensure achievement of individual and showroom-level business targets.
- Team Management: Lead, supervise, motivate and monitor the performance of the showroom sales team.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer experience and handle customer queries, complaints and escalations effectively.
- Staff Performance: Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, productivity and overall employee performance.
- Inventory Coordination: Ensure proper handling, display, movement and security of jewellery and showroom assets.
- Team Development: Conduct regular team briefings and identify training and development requirements.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Inventory, Marketing and other departments for smooth showroom operations.
- Reports & MIS: Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales, staff performance and operational reports to management.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, security procedures and statutory requirements.
