Job Title: Sales Manager – Enrollment & Inside Sales

Neuro Recode is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team while also personally handling consultation calls and closing clients.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role. The candidate should be comfortable managing a team, monitoring performance, conducting consultations, handling objections, and achieving closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the Sales / Enrollment Advisor team

• Personally handle a minimum of 4 consultation calls per day

• Understand prospective clients' requirements and guide them through the enrollment process

• Personally close clients and contribute to monthly sales conversions

• Monitor team calls, follow-ups, CRM updates, and conversion performance

• Coach team members on consultation quality, objection handling, follow-up, and closing techniques

• Review sales calls and provide regular feedback

• Support team members in difficult or high-value closures

• Conduct daily/regular team meetings and performance reviews

• Ensure proper CRM discipline and timely follow-ups

• Take responsibility for both personal closures and overall team sales performance

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years of Sales Team Handling experience

• Strong experience in sales, business development, enrollment, consultative sales, or high-ticket sales

• Experience managing sales executives/advisors and driving conversions

• Must be comfortable personally handling consultation and closing calls

• Experience working with sales targets, KPIs, follow-ups, and CRM systems

Job Details:

• CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.4 LPA Fixed CTC

• Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives

• Work Mode: Work From Home

• Location: Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

• Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Off

Mandatory WFH Requirements:

• Laptop suitable for professional work

• Stable high-speed internet connection

• Good-quality headset/microphone

• Quiet workspace for consultation calls

Candidates who have strong team leadership + personal sales closing experience will be preferred.
