Position: Staff Nurse
Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and dedicated Staff Nurse to provide quality patient care and support the medical team. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients, administering medications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions regularly.
- Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during procedures and examinations.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Monitor patients and immediately report any changes in their condition.
- Follow infection control, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Educate patients and their attendants regarding medications, treatment, diet, and general care.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the nursing station and patient care areas.
- Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift changes.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and appropriately.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and respect patients' dignity and privacy.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments.
- Follow hospital policies, procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valid nursing registration is required.
