Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Clinic Sales Manager to drive patient acquisition, sales growth, and business development for the clinic. The candidate will manage sales activities, build relationships with patients and referral partners, and lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve clinic revenue targets.
• Generate new leads through calls, referrals, partnerships, and digital channels.
• Manage and motivate the sales/front-desk team to meet monthly targets.
• Build relationships with patients, doctors, corporate clients, and referral partners.
• Follow up with prospective patients and convert inquiries into appointments.
• Monitor daily sales, lead conversion, revenue, and team performance.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with doctors, marketing, and operations teams to improve patient experience.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present performance updates to management.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term patient relationships.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, clinics, hospitals, or wellness.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-management skills.
• Target-oriented with good lead-conversion and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
• Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
