Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial and accounting records.
Record daily transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documentation.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist with budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis.
Maintain records for GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements, where applicable.
Coordinate with auditors and assist with audits.
Monitor expenses and identify discrepancies or errors.
Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and statutory filings.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
