Job Title : Lead Generation Executive
Location : Manipal
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through outbound cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp outreach.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers including Founders, CXOs, HR Heads, and Business Leaders.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales/business development team.
- Research companies, target markets, and key contacts.
- Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up records in CRM/tools.
- Build and manage prospect databases for ongoing campaigns.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Key Requirements
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Confidence in speaking with senior professionals and business owners.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Prior experience in lead generation, tele-calling, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
