Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to join our team. You will work closely with internal teams and merchants to coordinate daily operations, track activities, resolve operational challenges, and ensure smooth business processes.

This role is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations, merchant management, team coordination, and process improvement while being part of Furtilo’s growth journey.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Work closely with internal teams to manage and coordinate day-to-day operations.

- Communicate and build strong working relationships with merchants, vendors, and business partners.

- Coordinate with merchants to collect information, provide updates, and resolve operational issues.

- Track daily activities, orders, pending tasks, and operational updates.

- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Follow up with team members and merchants to ensure tasks are completed on time.

- Identify operational challenges and coordinate with the relevant teams to find solutions.

- Suggest improvements to make business processes more efficient.

- Support management in operational planning, reporting, and other business activities.

- Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and contribute actively to the company's growth.

Requirements

- MBA graduate, preferably in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with teams and merchants.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
