Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales / Business Development professional to join our team in PAN INDIA. The role involves field-based business development, customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving assigned sales targets across Ujjain and Pan India locations.

Salary 5 LPA FIx + 3k petrol allowance

• Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across Pune.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Promote and sell the company's products/services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct regular field visits across Pune as per business requirements.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and relationship management.
• Candidate RequirementsPrior experience in Sales / Business Development / Field Sales / Relationship Management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel across Pune.
• Personal bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Candidates should be comfortable with a remote + field-work model.
