Experience1–3 years in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or order processing.

Freshers with good communication and organizational skills may also be considered.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day dispatch of aligner cases, products, and other company materials.
• Verify orders, invoices, packing details, quantities, and delivery addresses before dispatch.
• Coordinate with the production, warehouse, sales, and customer support teams for timely shipments.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch records, courier details, tracking numbers, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for pickups and deliveries.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation of all shipments.
• Track dispatched shipments and follow up on delayed, returned, or undelivered consignments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and dispatch-related documentation.
• Handle inward and outward material records.
• Ensure dispatches are completed within the required turnaround time.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged packages, or delivery issues to the concerned team.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the dispatch area.
• Follow company SOPs and quality standards during packing and dispatch.
• Required SkillsGood communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple dispatches and priorities.
• Knowledge of courier/logistics processes will be an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Responsible and disciplined approach toward documentation and shipment handling.

Qualification12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field is an advantage.

• Preferred CandidateExperience in a dental, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or manufacturing company will be preferred.
• Candidates from Vadodara who can join immediately will be preferred.
