Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on demand and delivery requirements.

• Prepare production schedules according to available manpower, machines and materials.

• Monitor planned vs. actual production and ensure timely completion of production targets.

• Manage day-to-day shop-floor activities and ensure smooth production workflow.

• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores teams for timely availability of required materials.

• Plan and allocate manpower according to daily production requirements.

• Monitor production progress and provide daily production reports to production manager.

• Report production delays, material shortages, manpower requirements and other production-related issues to the reporting manager.

• Maintain proper production records and documentation.

• Coordinate with the Dispatch team to ensure production is completed as per dispatch requirements.

• Ensure operators follow defined SOPs and production processes.

• Monitor manpower availability and utilization on the production floor.
