Assistant Consultant

Job Purpose - We are looking for a proactive and analytical Assistant Consultant to support operational excellence and continuous improvement projects across multiple client locations. The role involves data analysis, documentation, audits, process studies, and on-site client coordination while working closely with senior consultants.

• Job Profile / Key Responsibilities: Prepare
• SOPs, Work Instructions (WI), presentations, posters, and related documentation as per project requirements
• Collect and analyze operational data related to production, rejection, productivity, electricity consumption, and sales
• Conduct work-study, time-motion study, and bottleneck analysis on shop floor operations
• Assist in conducting audits such as 5S, Energy, and process audits
• Support senior consultants in project execution and priority assignments
• Coordinate with client teams and follow up for timely task completion
• Visit client sites along with senior consultants for project implementation activities
• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Technical Skills RequiredGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Documentation and report preparation abilities
• Understanding of manufacturing and shop floor operations
