Job Description

Manage Inquiries : to Manage Online Inquiries through different Platforms,

• Send Offers: send offers to customers through mail or what’s up

• Negotiation & Closing: Discuss pricing, handle objections, and finalize sales contracts.

• Relationship Management: Keep in touch with current clients to encourage repeat business and address issues.

• Record Keeping: Track all client interactions and sales data using a CRM software.

• Lead Generation: Find new clients through Email, Whatup, social media , Online data etc.

• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
