Job Description
Muthoot Homefin (India) Ltd. is hiring Fresh Graduates for Paid Business Development Internship Program.
Eligible:
· B.Com | BBA | BA | BMS (Fresher’s / Graduates (2024 onwards)
· Student Pursuing Final-Year graduation who have successfully completed their 5th Semester.
· Student under AEDP (Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program).
Location: Multiple Locations in Gujarat, Like Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, Junagadh, Surendranagar.
Offer• ₹14,000/month – First 6 Months
• ₹18,000/month – Next 6 Months
• Eligible for Performance-based incentives after 3 months of Internship.
After successful completion of 18 months, candidates may be elevated to the position of Team Leader, subject to performance and eligibility criteria.
Your Role• Generate and develop new business opportunities
• Connect with customers for Home Loan requirements
• Lead generation & customer acquisition
• Build customer relationships
• Field visits and market development
• Learn Banking, Finance & Business Development
