Job Title: Computer Operator

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Department Head

Job Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in computer systems, Excel sheets, and company software.
• Maintain and organize electronic files, documents, and records.
• Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Handle printing, scanning, photocopying, and document filing.
• Maintain daily records of production, attendance, inventory, or other operational data.
• Check data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
• Operate MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
• Coordinate with different departments for collection and updating of information.
• Perform other administrative and computer-related tasks assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of computers and MS Office.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good typing speed and data entry skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of email and internet applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

• Graduate (B.Com)
• Basic computer certification preferred.

Experience

• Fresher or 5 + years of relevant experience.

Salary

• Rs. 20,000/ -25000/- per month.
