Job Description
Customer Support Executive:
Job Role:
Handling customer requests, queries & complaints through inbound/outbound calls.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
Minimum Qualification:
• 12th Pass
• Diploma
• 10th + 2 Years ITI
Computer Skills:
• Basic computer knowledge
• Should be able to navigate a computer
Typing Speed:
• 20 WPM
• 80% Accuracy
Shift Timings:
Female: Any 9-hour shift between 6 AM to 8 PM
(Including 1-hour break)
Male: 12 PM to 12 AM
Any 9-hour shift between 12 PM to 12 Midnight
(Including 1-hour break)
CTC:
• Gujarati: Up to ₹16,825 (Including PF & ESIC)
• Marathi & Fluent English: Up to ₹17,500 (Including PF & ESIC)
Joiners:
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
