• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote banking products and services to prospective customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Communicate with customers to understand their banking needs.
• Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain performance records.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure professional communication.
• Follow applicable banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass, Diploma, or 10th Pass with a 2-year ITI certification.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication and comprehension skills.
• English Proficiency: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Language Requirements:
• Hindi and English, or
• Gujarati, Hindi, and English.

• Pronunciation: Clear and effective communication with minimal mother-tongue influence (MTI).
• Analytical Skills: Good analytical, problem-solving, and customer-handling abilities.
• Sales Skills: Customer engagement, persuasion, and negotiation skills are preferred.
