Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION – E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

Company: Silver Shine Manufacturing Hub

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Department: E-Commerce

Position: E-Commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage online product listings on Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho.
  2. Create and update product listings, titles, descriptions and images.
  3. Manage orders, cancellations, returns and replacements.
  4. Monitor inventory and update stock on online marketplaces.
  5. Coordinate with the packing and dispatch team for timely order processing.
  6. Monitor product pricing, offers and competitor activities.
  7. Handle customer queries and marketplace-related issues.
  8. Manage seller dashboards and resolve account-related issues.
  9. Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  10. Maintain product details and marketplace records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate preferred.
  • Experience: Experienced candidates preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho seller panels.
