Job Description
Job Responsibilities
* Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
* Generate leads and convert them into sales.
* Visit clients and understand their requirements.
* Explain products/services, pricing, and offers to customers.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
* Maintain daily reports of sales activities, client visits, and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
* Conduct market research and keep track of competitor activities.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales/business development.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated.
* Comfortable with frequent field visits.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an advantage.
* Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
