Job Title: Maintenance Manager – Retail Outlets

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning and upkeep of all Jagdish Farshan retail outlets by managing maintenance activities, equipment servicing, infrastructure repairs, vendor coordination, and preventive maintenance schedules. The role requires maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment across all retail locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage maintenance activities across all retail outlets.
• Ensure timely repair and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, and store infrastructure.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and operational disruptions.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance work and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).
• Conduct regular inspections of retail outlets and identify maintenance requirements.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, service schedules, and equipment history.
• Monitor maintenance budgets and control repair costs effectively.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Address emergency breakdowns and critical maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with store managers and head office teams regarding maintenance requirements and completion status.
• Manage inventory of maintenance tools, spare parts, and required materials.
• Ensure uninterrupted operation of retail outlets with minimal downtime.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in retail, food industry, hospitality, or multi-location operations.

• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and general maintenance.

Preferred Experience:

Experience handling multiple retail outlets or food and beverage chains will be preferred.
