Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Engineer cum Office Assistant to join our team in Vadodara, Gujarat, within the electrical panel manufacturing industry, specifically focusing on export sales and data management.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

- **Export/Local Marketing & Calling:**

- Conducting international cold calls and following up with overseas clients.

- Introducing company products to potential customers.

- Maintaining regular communication with existing export clients.

- Coordinating with the sales team for quotation follow-ups.

- Generating and qualifying export leads.

- **Data Management:**

- Maintaining and updating the customer database in Excel/CRM.

- Managing export inquiry records and follow-up trackers.

- Preparing reports on calling activity and lead status.

- Organizing product catalogs, company credentials, and marketing materials.

- **Office Support:**

- Assisting in preparing proposals, emails, and documentation.

- Coordinating with internal departments such as Design, Production, and Accounts.

- Maintaining systematic filing of documents and records. managing office works.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering (preferred)/MBA or any graduate with technical knowledge.

- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, export calling, or office coordination.

- Excellent English speaking and writing skills (mandatory).

- Strong verbal communication and convincing ability.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email drafting.

- A confident personality and professional attitude.

- Female candidate Preferable.

- Experience in the electrical industry.

- CRM handling experience.
