Job Description
Handle property-related customer enquiries
• Call and follow up with tenants, buyers and property owners
• Generate new property listings from owners
• Arrange and conduct property site visits
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Coordinate between owners and clients
• Negotiate and assist in closing rental/sale deals
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status
• Work towards monthly sales targets
