Qualification: Graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. or any relevant degree)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

1. Job Purpose

To support day-to-day business operations, coordinate with internal departments and clients, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth and timely execution of company activities.

2. Key Responsibilities (Roles & Duties)

Handle daily operational activities and maintain proper records.

Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal team members.

Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other documents.

Follow up with clients regarding pending documents, payments and project updates.

Maintain Excel sheets, MIS reports and project status trackers.

Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth project execution.

Track project timelines and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.

Manage email communication and respond to routine client queries.

Maintain digital and physical documentation systematically.

Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding daily activities.

Practical training on Excel and MIS.

Client communication and email drafting.

Understanding company products and services.

Operational workflow and documentation training.
