We are an import & trading company in Vadodara dealing in Industrial pumps and pump spares for industrial customers.

We focus on quick delivery, reliable quality and honest service.

You will work closely with the business owner and handle end-to-end operations + basic pump servicing.

Role SummaryYou will be responsible for inventory, order processing, packing & dispatch, pump servicing and basic after-sales coordination to ensure right material, on time, with correct documents and a happy customer.

• Key ResponsibilitiesReceive material, check quality & quantity and update stock records
• Maintain minimum stock levels and support inventory planning
• Prepare Sales Orders, Invoices & E-way bills accurately
• Create basic labels, stickers and envelopes for dispatch
• Pack materials properly, record weight & dimensions, and hand over to courier/transport
• Share dispatch details with customers (email / WhatsApp)
• Do servicing of AODD pumps – dismantling, checking, replacing parts (as guided), re-assembly & testing
• Log all service jobs in a service register with proper records
• Coordinate on after-sales issues and support customers professionally
• Maintain files, records, photos & documents organized
• Follow 5S, safety and confidentiality guidelines
