Job Description
- Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities. The candidate should have experience in a technical field and be comfortable coordinating with clients, workers, and internal teams.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily project reports and updates.
- Coordinate with clients, site workers, technicians, and project teams.
- Track daily project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate and maintain material requirements and records.
- Prepare project-related documents and reports.
- Handle MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Follow up on project requirements, materials, and site activities.
- Maintain proper communication between the client and project team.
- Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical/project coordination role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of technical materials and project requirements.
- Ability to prepare daily reports and maintain documentation.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams effectively.
