QA / QC Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections of metallic and non-metallic expansion joints.
• Verify material grades, thicknesses, dimensions, MTCs, and material traceability.
• Conduct and coordinate NDT activities as per approved procedures and certification scope.
• Handle TPI and client inspections, including inspection calls, coordination, and clearance.
• Perform dimensional, fit-up, welding, hydrotest, and leak-test inspections as applicable.
• Prepare and maintain QAP, ITP, inspection reports, NDT reports, and Manufacturing Data Books.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, customer specifications, ASME, EJMA, and applicable standards.
• Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Maintain calibration records and support ISO audits and customer audits.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Dispatch to ensure timely inspection and quality clearance.
• Ensure no material is dispatched without the required QC approval.

Required Skills

• NDT Level II certification in relevant methods (PT / MT / UT / RT).
• Practical knowledge of welding inspection, engineering drawings, and dimensional measuring instruments.
• Experience handling TPI agencies such as BV, SGS, TUV, or equivalent.
• Good documentation, communication, and MS Excel skills.
• Experience in fabrication, piping, pressure equipment, or expansion joint manufacturing preferred.
