Job Description
Our client company is a leading Real Estate Devloper Company in Vadodara.
Designation:Sales Executive
Job Location: Vadodara
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking procedures.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of sales experience in residential and commercial real estate.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
