Tele Caller & Field Exacutive

• 1. TELECALLER – DEBT COLLECTIONKey ResponsibilitiesContact customers through calls regarding pending/outstanding payments.
• Inform customers about overdue amounts and payment deadlines.
• Follow up regularly with customers for payment commitments.
• Explain repayment options and assist customers in making payments.
• Maintain proper records of calls, customer responses, commitments and payments.
• Follow up on PTP (Promise to Pay) and ensure timely payment.
• Handle customer queries professionally and escalate disputed cases when required.
• Achieve monthly collection and call-performance targets.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and portfolio information.
• Follow company-approved collection processes and communication guidelines.

2. FIELD EXECUTIVE – DEBT COLLECTIONKey ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at their available/contactable locations for collection follow-up.

• Conduct professional face-to-face communication regarding overdue payments.
• Explain outstanding dues and available repayment options.
• Generate and follow up on PTP (Promise to Pay).
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain daily visit reports and customer interaction records.
• Update customer status, payment commitments and visit outcomes in the system/app.
• Coordinate with the Telecalling and Collection Team.
• Follow up on broken PTPs and overdue accounts.
• Handle customer queries and disputes professionally.
• Ensure all collection activities are carried out as per company policy and applicable guidelines.
• Eligibility10th / 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Knowledge of local area is an advantage.
• Hindi/Gujarati/English communication preferred.
• Prior experience in field collection, banking, NBFC, finance or recovery will be an advantage.
