Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products or services, generate leads, and maintain positive customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally.
• Explain company products, services, offers, and processes clearly.
• Generate leads and identify potential customers through calling.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales where applicable.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information or solutions.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure proper follow-up.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.
• RequirementsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain customer records.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Freshers can apply; prior telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
