Job Description
TELE CALLER JOB- Making follow-up calls to nurture leads or resolve customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately recording information about calls, customer interactions, and sales or leads in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system. Tele Callers Job. As the name suggests, Tele calling is to initiate the telephonic conversation with the potential or existing clients to generate leads or sales. Thus, Tele callers are the representative of the company. A telecaller communicates with prospects and customers over the phone to pitch products, generate sales leads, or resolve support issues. They are the direct voice of a business, responsible for meeting call quotas, managing client data, and keeping accurate logs in company systems
