Job PurposeTo recruit, train, develop, and manage a team of insurance advisors/agents and drive business growth through the Agency Channel.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard new insurance advisors/agents as per company requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors and support them in achieving business targets.
• Train and guide advisors on life insurance products, sales processes, and company policies.
• Generate new business through the advisor network and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
• Conduct regular meetings, field visits, and performance reviews with advisors.
• Motivate advisors to increase productivity and improve customer acquisition.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the advisor network.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Track advisor performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
• Maintain good customer and advisor relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Candidate ProfileGraduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–5 years in Life Insurance, General Insurance, BFSI, Agency, Sales, or related fields preferred.
• Candidates with strong sales and recruitment experience can also be considered.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and manage insurance advisors.
• Local market knowledge and a strong network will be an added advantage.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
