Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesPreparation of RA Bills and Final Bills.
- Quantity Surveying (QS) and BOQ preparation.
- Verification of client and subcontractor bills.
- Preparation of Measurement Sheets (MB) and Quantity Reconciliation.
- Rate Analysis and Cost Estimation.
- Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
- Coordination with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Clients.
- Preparation of Work Orders, Purchase Requests, and Material Reconciliation.
- Handling variations, extra items, and contractual billing.
- Preparation of project progress reports and billing documentation.
- Ensuring timely submission and certification of bills.
- Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil billing for industrial/commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, QS, AutoCAD drawings, and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), AutoCAD, and billing software.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project bills.
