Junior Accountant – Tally & GST

We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team at Bhanu Scientific Glass Co. in Vapi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.
• Record sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal entries.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Assist with GST accounting, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and GSTR-2B reconciliation.
• Prepare e-invoices and e-way bills.
• Assist with TDS-related accounting and documentation.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Track outstanding payments and vendor balances.
• Maintain purchase, sales and stock-related records.
• Prepare basic reports in MS Excel.
• Coordinate with CA/auditor for accounting, GST, TDS and audit requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Com / M.Com preferred.
• 1–3 years of practical accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Basic to good knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Manufacturing or trading experience will be preferred.
• Candidates from Vapi, Valsad, Daman or Silvassa preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹22000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
