Job Description
Job title: Accounts & Operations Executive (Good English Required)
Location: Nadesar, Varanasi (office job)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (including performance based incentive)
Timing: 10 am – 7 pm, Monday to Saturday
Experience: Minimum 1 year in accounts on Tally (2 years preferred)
Education: Any graduate; B.Com is a plus but not required
About us:
A Varanasi-based business selling spiritual and puja products online on Amazon, Meesho and in the US.
Your work:
- Keep the accounts in HisabKitab: bills, sales, expenses
- Prepare monthly GST data and work with our CA on filing
- Match Amazon and Meesho payments with orders and the bank
- Make sales and export invoices
- Keep the stock register and plan reorders
- Oversee daily dispatch: match labels to products, check parcels, help with packing when needed
- Check returns and file Amazon SAFE-T and Meesho claims
- Write emails to Amazon, US buyers and couriers
The split is about 70% accounts and stock, 30% dispatch and packing.
You need:
- At least 1 year of accounts experience on Tally (GST entries and returns)
- Good written and spoken English
- Excel or Google Sheets
- Careful, honest and good with details
- Willing to do some hands-on packing
Selection: a short practical test at our office.
