About the Role
The LexSphere (HR & Compliance Authority), Varanasi ko ek Business Development Executive chahiye jo LinkedIn se leads nikale, unhe call kare aur email pe follow up kare. Female candidates preferred.
Responsibilities
- LinkedIn se target leads find karna: HR heads, founders, MSME owners, factory aur company management
- Lead sheet banana: name, company, designation, email, phone, source
- Cold call karke HR aur compliance services ka intro dena
- Call ke baad same din email follow up bhejna, aur 3-4 touchpoints tak follow up rakhna
- Interested leads ko team ko handover karna
- Daily Google Sheet/CRM me tracking update karna
Requirements
- Graduate (HR ya commerce background ho to plus)
- LinkedIn prospecting ki practical knowledge
- Hindi aur English me clear communication, phone par confident
- Professional email likhna aana chahiye
- Fresher ya 6 mahine tak ka B2B sales/BD/telecalling experience
- Excel/Google Sheets ki basic knowledge
Job Details
- Work mode: Only on-site
- Timing: 10 AM to 7 PM
- Location: Kandwa, Chaitaipur, Varanasi
- Salary: Rs 11,000 to Rs 15,000 per month, depending on interview
- Preference: Kandwa, Chaitaipur ya aas-paas ki candidates
