CRM Executive

Kalawati Steels has sold steel and building material in Varanasi for over 35 years. This job is at our Bachhaon branch near Varanasi. Interview at Head Office, Varanasi. Full time, 6 days a week.

Every enquiry at Bachhaon, from the counter, the phone or a site visit, lands with you and does not get lost. You turn it into a quotation, follow it up to an order or a clear no, and call the customer after delivery to find out if we did well.

What you will do

1. Same-day quotations from the approved rate list for every enquiry.
2. Quotation register with validity dates, follow up before expiry, record the reason for every lost order.
3. Call contractors, builders, engineers and architects in the Bachhaon area to find upcoming projects.
4. Keep a live list of projects: site, stage, expected tonnage, decision maker, current supplier, next action date.
5. Book site meetings for the sales team and make sure they happen.
6. Log every customer, enquiry, call and meeting the same day in the CRM.
7. Feedback call to every customer after delivery: weight, quality, driver, timing, rate.
8. Call old customers who stopped buying and find out why.

Must have

1. Graduate. 0 to 4 years in calling, inside sales, CRM or customer support. Freshers with clear speech welcome.
2. Comfortable with 40 to 60 calls a day. Clear written Hindi and English.
3. Basic Excel. Must reach Bachhaon daily.
