Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our dealer-distributor network across assigned regions. The ideal candidate should have strong market understanding, relationship-building skills, and hands-on experience in channel sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand dealer-distributor network in assigned territories
• Drive sales growth through channel partners and direct efforts
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard dealers/distributors
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners for repeat business
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and support
• Conduct field visits and ensure strong market presence

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Graduate (BBA preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in dealer-distributor network development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned locations
• Have access to a personal vehicle
