📢 Hiring: Telecaller / Admission Counsellor

About the Role
A-One Educational Services is looking for confident, energetic and result-oriented Telecallers / Admission Counsellors to join our admissions team. The selected candidates will be responsible for connecting with students and parents, understanding their educational requirements, and guiding them regarding suitable college and course options.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents from company-provided leads.
- Understand students' academic background, career goals and admission requirements.
- Provide information about courses, colleges, eligibility, fees, admission procedures and available options.
- Follow up with interested students and parents through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM/Google Sheets.
- Convert qualified leads into counselling appointments and admissions.
- Handle basic objections and queries professionally.
- Coordinate with senior counsellors and the admissions team for further counselling.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the lead reaches a final decision.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling, sales or counselling experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp/Google Sheets.
- Good persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with targets.
- Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups systematically.
