Store Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store.
• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials/goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of materials.
• Prepare stock reports, inward/outward records, and other required documentation.
• Supervise and allocate duties to store staff.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store.
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, accounts, production, and other departments.
• Monitor material issues, transfers, returns, and damages.
• Minimize stock discrepancies, wastage, damage, and losses.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
• Handle customer/vendor queries related to stock and deliveries when required.

Required Skills:

• Good inventory and stock-management skills
• Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel
• Knowledge of ERP/inventory management software is an advantage
• Good communication and team-management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
