Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities

·       Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.

·       Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal and contra entries.

·       Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, cash and ledger accounts.

·       Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

·       Verify invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.

·       Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.

·       Prepare accounts payable and accounts receivable statements.

·       Follow up for outstanding receivables and maintain ageing reports.

·       Assist in monthly closing of books of accounts.

·       Prepare routine MIS reports and management statements.

·       Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

·       Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and vendors whenever required.

·       Perform other accounting and finance-related activities assigned by management.

Required Skills

·       Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.

·       Basic knowledge of GST, TDS and accounting principles.

·       Good understanding of debit/credit and ledger accounting.

·       Good reconciliation and analytical skills.

·       Accuracy and attention to detail.

·       Good communication and coordination skills.
