ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVEPosition OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to handle day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Experience2–3 Years

• QualificationB.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent
• Relevant accounting experience preferred
• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records
• Handle Tally / Tally Prime operations
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
• Handle Vendor Reconciliation
• Assist with GST and TDS calculations, filing, and documentation
• Maintain purchase and sales records
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables
• Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities
• Prepare MIS reports and other accounting reports
• Maintain proper documentation for audits
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities
• Required SkillsTally / Tally Prime
• GST & TDS
• Bank Reconciliation
• Vendor Reconciliation
• Accounts Payable & Receivable
• MS Excel
• Basic accounting principles
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Preferred Candidate2–3 years of hands-on accounting experience
• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliations
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Immediate joiners can be preferred
