Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate records, update databases, and manage day-to-day data entry tasks. The candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong attention to detail.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain data in company databases and Excel sheets.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of information.
- Maintain digital records, files, and documents.
- Prepare and update daily reports as required.
- Identify and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain records for easy access and retrieval.
- Ensure data confidentiality and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments for data collection and verification.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: Intermediate / Any Graduate.
- Freshers can apply; prior experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and a responsible attitude.
